We used it to send out personalized messages to our customers

The best part of using swirl was that we could customize the content for each user and it would be sent along with his current location. We had many customers who were visiting different stores in the area, so it allowed us to send out unique messages to each customer. Sometimes the system would not work properly, especially if there were too many users in the same location at one time. It is important to ensure that you have good wifi or cell service before implementing this program. We used…

Very helpful tool and excellent support team

The analytics are great, it is easy for us as retailers (and our customer service teams) can use this product from anywhere in Canada or USA with an internet connection! I wish that we could have more control over what content people see when they visit my store site but at least there isn't much room left out of their swirly experience so far :) We've been able solve some problems around shopper engagement by using swirls insights tools which has allowed me do be better understand how…
