Review on Swirl by John Destruction

The analytics are great, it is easy for us as retailers (and our customer service teams) can use this product from anywhere in Canada or USA with an internet connection! I wish that we could have more control over what content people see when they visit my store site but at least there isn't much room left out of their swirly experience so far :) We've been able solve some problems around shopper engagement by using swirls insights tools which has allowed me do be better understand how customers interact within stores like ours - also allowing them get closer with existing users who may not always come into physical locations often enough anymore due to COVID situations etc..
