These socks are the perfect combination when you need socks that aren't too thin and won't make your feet sweat. We live in South Florida and it is very hot there. There aren't many socks that offer even a modicum of padding to keep your feet from sweating terribly. These are really great socks. They offer good cushioning, fit well, stay in place and are very comfortable and don't leave your feet hot/sweaty. Although technically golf socks, my husband uses them for everyday use and they are very good. Haven't had any washing problems so far. A very good quality.
