I bought this in 2011 with my son promising he would install it for me. In short, this year I decided to install it myself to get at least some pleasure from it. I thought I had all the hardware and instructions neatly stowed away, but when I opened the package and started reading the instructions I realized that somehow I had lost one of the parts required for installation. After hours of searching, I finally gave up and emailed Nation Wide Products customer service to ask how I could get a replacement. Not only did I get a response within 24 hours, but they shipped me the part (as well as the others that come with it, just to make sure I have everything I need) for free! This company has the most amazing customer service I have experienced in a long time. In addition, the product is durable, well-made and attractive. Can't say enough good things about it. I definitely recommend the products of this company.
