Remanufactured black and color ink cartridges. Black ink worked well; the quality was good. The color inks did not work in my printer. I contacted the seller through Revain and received an immediate response. Via email, customer support offered to try a few different options and asked what my particular error message meant. I tried the fix suggestions but the color ink still didn't work. I reported this to the seller and a few days later the manufacturer sent me a replacement color ink cartridge which worked great. I fully understand that things can go wrong and how problems are resolved is very important to me. This is one of the quickest fixes I've ever had. A++++ to customer support; I would buy from this company again.
