Decent 13 gallon bin liner. Stretches well, has never snapped in recent months of use. It definitely smells when you open the box, but I found it faded into the background pretty quickly. We keep them under the kitchen sink and they never smell strong enough to be noticed unless you stick your nose in the box. Just ordered another box, we're starting to run out. I'll probably keep ordering them as long as the price stays the same.
