This remote control is just amazing! I'm assuming it's from the Dish Network since the Dish Network brochure and instructions are included. It was up and running in less than five minutes! It was loaded with batteries and all I had to do was turn on the satellite and it connected. I then uploaded a 3 digit code for my TV's power and volume and it worked like clockwork! I've been struggling with a broken, tired remote for a year now and wonder why I didn't order this new one sooner! Very satisfied ☺
