I find this ball to be a good substitute for the tennis ball practice set for all skill levels. I can quickly connect a ball and string with a brick and practice for many hours using different techniques like volley, forehand, backhand, hit, especially the backhand. It requires control with a little effort, little grip and patience in the beginning, and then more power when you feel the ball keep coming back. I prefer using these balls to my $1,000 tennis ball machine because I can practice anytime, anywhere, and they're good for warming up before a game. I'll post the video later.
