I bought this because my local pet store had it in one of their aquariums. I was very impressed with the amount of microbubbles it produced when hooked up to a venturi air valve pressure pump. I already had a venturi pressure pump installed in my pond and have been looking for something that would help increase the amount of oxygen in my pond for some time. Then I looked for it and couldn't find it in any of the stores in town so I searched Amazon and here it is. It was cheap and easy to install. It comes with five different nozzle sizes to fit most pressure pumps. I kept it in my 600 gallon pond for several days and was very impressed with the amount of microbubbles this little thing can eject. If you don't need microbubbles in your aquarium, don't install a venturi air valve and it will just push the water.
