They fit well and offer some protection
I use them for red light therapy when I put light on my face. Even with my eyes closed and glasses, the light is so bright that I had to put some fabric over my eyes (under the glasses). What I like: Easy to put on, feels good. I'm not sure if it protects me from the bright red light still shining in my eyes. Even if you put your fingers on the lens, light penetrates through the rubber.
