I really want to return it for a refund!

This was not waterproof! If I could find the packaging I would return it. If I do find it, I will definitely return it. We owned a few non-waterproof pads that my dog had peed on. I had washed all of them including the new one. They all ended up In one big pile of clean laundry. When I couldn’t figure out which one was waterproof, I grabbed one and tested it by pouring a little bit of water on it. It leaked. I was about to write not waterproof on the tag. It turned out to be this one that I just purchased. I am very disappointed since I just bought a new mattress and didn’t want to chance ruining it if the dog peed on it!

Pros

Sometimes I lay on it without a sheet.

Cons

It may not offer adequate protection against bed bugs or dust mites
