1979 f150 ranger 302 works great.
Put this in my 1979 F-150 with 302 V8, works great, that says the original pigtail doesn't fit right, it's a little loose, looks like the top of the V might be a bit be thicker than was told this is a 40 year old part and they recommended a $7 pigtail upgrade which I will most likely do to ensure a secure fit, they delivered incredibly fast and it worked first time . I am happy with my purchase, I will be buying another one to have on hand so maybe in another 40 years my grandchildren will have it.
