Doesn't absorb at all, urine runs down my baby's leg!

I've bought these in sizes 2 and 3 before and they have worked great, excellent absorbency but this last set of the same underwear and tags, same fabric and supposedly the same Absorbency is rubbish. It's a size 4, but size shouldn't matter when it comes to the absorbency of the underwear. I watch piss run down his leg! He might as well be in regular underwear. Very disappointed
