I bought it as a gift and my boyfriend really liked it. You must read carefully because I almost missed it, but it is only an outer cover, not a pillow. I bought a regular pillow you can buy at Walmart and put it in a cover. It is exactly like the picture and I love it. I'm considering getting one for home too. I highly recommend it.
