Didn't meet my expectations

The product itself is fine, but if I pay extra money to have something shipped by a certain date and it doesn't feel wrong to me, I could save some money and just use standard shipping. I just feel like they could at least refund my money for the inconvenience or at least apologize but without the F I got robbed and my plans were ruined that's all.
