I purchased two of these Mailboxes for my business. I got them in the mail today. I was not under any assumption that it was going to be "rock solid" as the cost was very affordable. I think the design could use a little work. It is easy to install, the key is awesome to allow access to the people who need it, but. don't let the key fool you. You can just stick your hand in the top and grab the mail. I think there was a little flaw when it comes to design, which is why I gave it a two star over all. Next time I would spend some more money and buy something a little more rugged.
