I have tried many different saws over the years (carpenter by trade for about 12 years) and always try to compare what I have with what I will buy next time. I have a circular saw, a table saw, a miter saw and a mini circular saw. I bought this for my mini newsletter and it's fantastic! Smooth and fast, cuts are precise and easy. I have come to the conclusion that Freud blades are in a class of their own. There are other standout brands; I'm not going to sit here and tell you everything else sucks. You are not! Lots of very high quality blades, it's just that Freud seems to be head and shoulders above the rest. (Pun play.) They spell it with a lowercase f, so do I.
