Review on Fresh Step Litter Deodorizing Eliminate by Anthony Chacon

When I first saw this product I was excited to try it! I have been buying Fresh Step litter for my cats for nine years. In my opinion, Fresh Step Filler is the only filler that meets all performance requirements. Given how impressed I've always been with Fresh Step Fillers, I honestly haven't even considered the possibility of getting this product and not loving it. We have a litter box that my cats have shared since they were kittens. They come from the same litter of kittens so they are friends for life. I remove her feces at least twice a day, sometimes thrice a day; so it doesn't smell much. I think it should be said that I didn't buy this product to reduce the smell. I can't say anything about the odor removal aspect of this product. I bought a pack of these hoping they would add some flavor to the tray. (I know this product is an "odor eliminator," but it also says it's scented, so you might be thinking you can smell the product.) My litter box is kept in a small utility closet next to our extra bathroom. This is a small area and any odor of the product should be noticeable. Initially, I only added one scented ball per tray. My vent was fully open. I waited all day, nothing. I fully opened the second sphere and added a second one. Nothing at all. Honestly, I'm not even upset that the product sucks, I'm more upset that Fresh Step makes a "dirty" product, a company that has never let me down with their products. In the meantime, I removed the scented balls from the litter box and threw them away. We live and learn. I would not buy this product again and I would not recommend this product to anyone.
