Review on Stay Warm and Safe with the Vornado Velocity 1R Personal Space Heater – Black by Edith Massey

I'm a BIG Vornado fan. I have five of their heaters and six of their humidifiers (in two houses). This new product is defective. It just stopped working in less than ten minutes. I suspect a "soft touch" on/off. ALL my other Vornados have switches, this soft touch sensor. It clearly needs an overhaul. I told Revane I would ship it back the same day I unboxed it. I will not buy any other model with this type of switch. New products often contain BUGS that need to be fixed. This switch is a bug. I will be replacing it with an older Vornado model that has stood the test of time.
