Review on TP1015 Fuel Filter: Perfect Fit for 6.6L Duramax Diesel in Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD & GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 2017-2019/Chevrolet Cruze 2014-2019, Replace 23304096 by Jeremy Byard

I was dying to give this filter a try. It would have been a cheaper alternative than Delco's AC part. Overall the filter seemed pretty good when the product arrived. Based on the information on the product page, I thought this product was from Italy. Made in China on the bottom of the box. Upon further inspection I compared it to the Delco AC I had and found that the o-rings were inferior. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the plastic edges protrude more than the o-ring. This will be a problem as it will not create a good seal. This is clearly a quality control issue and when I tried to contact the manufacturer through the website listed on the warranty card that came with it, the website doesn't exist. I will not risk installing a low standard product on my car. Not recommended, to save a few bucks stick with the original. I've attached photos showing poor quality where the plastic mold wasn't formed properly and you can see the edges protruding beyond the o-ring.
