They have been very flexible with us and our needs. I like that they are always willing to listen to our ideas and suggestions for improvements. We have never had any issues or complaints from them. The only thing I can think of would be if you're not looking to spend money, but rather just want something that will sell, then this might not be the best fit for your business needs. As an online retailer, we needed someone who could help us understand what was going on and how everything worked so that we could provide better service to our customers. The team at Rick Contreras has been very helpful and knowledgeable. They've helped us make sense of all the different aspects of our business and allowed us to implement changes that have made a huge difference.
