They are light and very comfortable. Probably won't fit if you have an X-sized head. I used a pair for about 2 years before wearing them. You may need to carefully retighten the screws every few months. When removing your glasses from your face, always grab both hands and pull straight. If you grab a hand and pull it to the side, you will end up bending your arms and shortening your life. They don't leave red marks on the sides of the nose like other glasses do.
