Bought for assembly on a mini-ITX board with a non-hot processor. They could not install it in place: the frame rested on the radiators on the motherboard. It doesn't matter, we thought, there is an old computer with a 775 socket, also declared as compatible. But it was not there! In the old system unit, the power supply is installed on top. And the foot rested exactly on it, which must be put on the hook, which completely excluded the possibility of fixing it on the base of the fan tower. There are no indications anywhere that the cooler is incompatible with any form factor of motherboards, and there are no special indications of possible incompatibility due to the top / bottom position of the power supply either. I assume that not all RAM sticks are compatible in size with this propeller. In addition, often on the network you can find a negative experience of installing on socket AM4. From which it follows that in some cases, installation is possible only with a complete analysis of the system unit. Bottom line: 1 hour of wasted time, a disproportionate amount of spent nerves and 700 thrown to the wind. Be careful!
