I own a small Aroma Diffuser and I wanted something a bit bigger. I found the Asakuki on amazon and it had great reviews. I decided to give it a shot.Pros: It's easy to use, it's easy to setup, the instructions are easy to follow. The oils that came with it are very good. The wood bottom is a nice touch. The timer is a great feature (60 mins, 120 mins, 180 mins). The change of random color or set on a specific color is a good feature as well. The aroma diffuser has a speed setting on how fast the air is being blown out: Slow and fast. It does cover a small-medium room.Cons: The plug that goes into the aroma diffuser is a bit sensitive. I don't like it because it needs to be on the right spot for it to work. The white cover is a cheap plastic, I wish it was a hard plastic.Overall, it's a good first Roma diffuser. If I knew how sensitive the plug was, I would have not purchase it.As of 2/26/2022, I reached out to the seller and they listened to my concern and replied quickly to address the issue. They apologized for the faulty plug and sent me a new diffuser. It also arrived quickly in the mail. I would rate their customer service a 5 star.
