Review on 🔌 CEC Industries 12V Heavy Duty 3-Pin Electronic Flasher EF33RL Relay: Ideal for LED and Incandescent Bulbs (1-Pack) by Andrew Burnside

I have an old car with an indicator on the dashboard that flashes when the turn signals are on. Of course, when I installed the LED lights, the turn signals started flashing because the current draw of the LEDs was so low that the hyper-flash function was triggered. So I needed a replacement flasher relay for this car that is compatible with LEDs. Essentially what is needed is a relay that isolates the turn signal circuit from the dash light circuit. If they are not isolated, the instrument panel indicator will be solid even if the directions are not active. This additional circle is called the pilot circle. So after trying 4 different LED compatible relays they didn't work because the wire I used for the control circuit wasn't isolated from the turn signals themselves. So I got it yesterday, pulled the circuit board out of the plastic housing, soldered the connections and soldered them directly into the housing of the factory flasher relay. I plugged it in and it works great. I've searched the internet for a solution for months but to no avail. Plus it was as cheap as a flasher relay. Another option that is often talked about is to add power resistors to the circuit to generate enough current draw for the factory relay to handle LED lights. It's ridiculous, requires tampering with each bulb, I believe it negates much of the energy savings desired from using LED headlights, and definitely doesn't work in plug and play mode. Series. Possibly for older FIAT 124 and a number of older UK vehicles. I don't know exactly but I think it works for all Land Rover variants from the 70's. I'm really glad I finally found the solution.
