This machine was made for me! I like to brew coffee in a kettle and sometimes in a cup. I get great results with this device anyway. I really like the single serve basket that I can put my favorite coffee in, eliminating the need for expensive K-cups. Very happy with the purchase. Not satisfied with the customer service. There is a small hole in the basket in my portion thickness so I figured I might buy a replacement for Revain. There is no such item for sale. I went straight to the Ham Beach website, this item is also not on sale. In fact, there is no easy way to contact customer support, for example via email. The only suggestion was to actually write a letter to the address provided. .Hi! It's not the 70's anymore. Paper, envelopes, stamps, regular mail. No longer used by businesses of all sizes with customers who want to stay customers. Never received my replacement. Just wanted to buy one.
