Had to buy two diffusers within a month. The first one will stop working within 7 days. Customer service was very good and sent me another one within 4 days. He worked 3 weeks, then he started the same thing. They were both great initially considering how long I kept them smelly in my car and at the office. I even used it in my living room and it was amazing. But without warning or visible damage, they just stop working. Light comes in and I hear the sound of water inside but nothing comes out until I turn it on its side and I can't use it like that. Very frustrated that it didn't work because now I just have a bunch of essential oils laying around. I am very glad that the support has mastered the problem.
