These no-slip rattle mounts are great for when you just want to toss your GPS (or phone) onto your dash and start driving. And you can quickly move them out of sight when needed. I have two Garmin GPS navigators and one for each in different vehicles. I've had one for over 2.5 years and just bought it for my son. They do not slip during normal motorway driving. Now when you apply the brakes, they will roll forward. But I am a traveling nurse and have been traveling the states for the last 2.5 years and since I started traveling I have had one of these on my dash and it still works like the day I got it have received. When I stop at a gas station in an area I don't know, I just put it on the seat. Think out of sight, out of mind. When I'm done and on my way again, come back to the dashboard. Great product if you don't want to mess around with suction cups. If you need to move it an inch or two, just move it. I tried a suction cup, it didn't help me. Love it. You never know how comfortable you are until you get it.
