First things first I have to say this strap is well made and holds my camera perfectly (probably not as good as the 10x cost strap). More expensive but good enough for me). 2nd point: I have just returned from a 2 week safari in Botswana. I have never taken a Canon 100-400mm lens out of the box. Worked great. Third point: it took me a while to figure out how to wear it properly. But that was done in the first few days. I never worried about a big load, the camera was always ready for the next elephant, giraffe, leopard, buffalo! I would give all 5 stars but I only used it for 1 trip. How can you rate durability and strength after 1 month of use?
