I love that they are always willing and eager to work with me, even if it's something as simple as just asking how their service is going! The customer support team has been fantastic in helping us get everything set up exactly how we want it. They're super friendly, easy-going guys who never seem annoyed or impatient when talking about technology stuff like server setup/monitoring (i've only met them once). It would be great for them to have more resources available during summer so there aren't long periods where my site isn't live because of heavy load times due to overuse. But what really keeps this from being perfect? Customer Support at any time day or night, no matter day offs etc - great people working with awesome software :) If you need good monitoring tool that won’t break the bank, give aura byte services a try! Their pricing model makes sense too.
