This was the worst product I have ever ordered from Revain! I paid $29.99 for this lighter, more than I have paid for any other electric lighter I have ever bought. I bought it in May and it's already dead! It's not possible! My little $10 lighters that I bought 3 years ago still work, but this Cadillac is finished and no longer working! I had nothing but problems with it from the start! I am so disappointed that I paid so much for an electric lighter and it was a large lemon! I was still hoping that the lighter would settle down after a bit of use, but it just kept getting worse. I called Revane about this broken lighter but for 30 days it hasn't helped me at all. I couldn't even get a company name from her to contact via email. I don't know if I have a new rep or not because Revane is usually very, very helpful. But not in this case. Perhaps a more knowledgeable representative could help replace it. Anyway, I'm stuck with an expensive broken lighter. Well, $30 for an electric lighter is expensive in my opinion. I have a lot cheaper lighters that I've bought from Revain that still work just as well as the day I bought them (2-4 years old), especially this little $9 lighter! I ordered 3 more electric lighters from Revain yesterday, I hope they work well. However, based on my experience with this particular lighter, I simply cannot recommend it at all!
