Review on Walker Exhaust CalCat Carb 83189: The Ultimate Catalytic Converter with Integrated Exhaust Manifold by Tim Morrison

This converter resolved the P0420 code and passed the California smog. The manufacturer's guarantee is 5 years/50,000 km. Mine lasts just over 4 years and 22,000 miles. P0420 comes back with the check engine light on. The car runs well, does not burn oil, does not burn coolant, the lambda probe connectors were changed when replacing the cat-converter. The MAF was also replaced along with the PCV. Revain sells the product and cannot help with the warranty and refers me to Walker. They will only communicate with you upon written request. I wrote 2 months ago. No Answer. We will send a letter to CA AQMD as these cats should have a guarantee in CA. Should have bought the OEM $500 more and probably would have extended the life of the car. My friend Smog told me that the cat would not outlast the warranty period. He was absolutely right.
