Waste of money: poorly made, can't return

very surprised that i can't return the item. Necks and bottles with long necks. It's not like this. The handle keeps the brush from sinking to the bottom of a standard size 12 wine bottle (which is where you sometimes do most of the cleaning), while the brush is advertised at 15.7 inches. The second brush in the pack has a metal knot on the tip that prevents it from getting into the bottle at all - unacceptable workmanship. Not used, money wasted.
