Second, there's a thick 330uH inductor on the PoE hat that pushes against the fan. The body WILL be assembled, but it will flex the acrylic when you tighten the risers where they should be. Treat some washers as spacers or just take care of it. I also recommend a precision knife to remove the backing from the acrylic and heatsinks. Radiators have hot melt adhesive which is easy to ruin.
