Review on πŸ’ Green Cherry and Olive Pitter Tool for Efficient Pit Removal by Maya Allen

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Poorly made, falling apart

It's relatively easy to use, although the stone doesn't come out every time, despite having a hole punched through the cherry - sometimes because it doesn't go through the stone and in other cases because the stone sticks out right in the cherry. The reason for the 1 star rating is that the lancing stick fell out after we used it on a handful of cherries. At first we thought it might need to be removed for cleaning and it was just a little loose, but when it fell out repeatedly during use we realized it was a defect. We returned it and bought an OXO pitter which is essentially the same design as this one (and only $1 more expensive) and has a stem that fits tight.
