I've never been so disappointed with 8Bitdo in my life. It was the brand that was approached for quality video game controllers. They were the BEST. But now I get a controller with 2 broken buttons and software that doesn't work. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the whole ordeal. So the bottom two trigger buttons L2 and R2 don't work at all, brand new out of the box. "Ultimate Software" for Android just doesn't work. I download it, plug in my controller and then. Nothing. He doesn't see the controller. This is the biggest disappointment. I was about to play minecraft with my son using my new controller and then I get angry and write a bad review. Just buy something else. Don't give your money to 8Bitdo until they start dealing with customer complaints, fix their stuff and make it durable again. Probably never, considering how the industry has evolved.
