If you are looking for a simple plug and play 4K player, this is your device. If you don't want a player that keeps freezing, causes other problems, is difficult to set up, and takes 20 minutes to get to a movie, then this is your machine. If you don't want a computer constantly freezing, having to turn it off, restarting it and spending 20-40 minutes trying to get back to where you left off in the movie when it crashes, then this is your computer. If you are looking for a lighted device with front mounted buttons, easy access and a handy remote control then this is the device for you. If you like quality, a metal body, a drawer that doesn't open so wide that it's flimsy, then this is your machine. If you are looking for a machine that plays 4k movies plug and play, then this is your machine. If you need a machine with many applications, IE. Netflix, Pandora etc., then this is NOT your computer. If you want to spend more than 400, this is not your car. If you have a 4K TV with a player, it will have multiple HDMI inputs. Use another to stream. There's no point in having a 4k player to stream junk from the internet (nothing against media streaming but how many devices do you need to do the same?) This machine works! went through several, dissatisfied with all of them. This works as advertised! No problem. You can spend more than 500 to get OPPO player, it will be good!
