Original message - 18.06. Bought for my fairly clean aquarium to give the ground water a little more purity. I figured this supplement would be the best deal for my friends swimming around. I was thrilled when it arrived and it was pretty easy to plug and connect into the tank. Except when I plugged it in, the impeller must have been broken because it didn't make DIDDLEY squat. I played around with it a bit to see if the flow was broken or something got stuck, but it was just a bad impeller. I will reorder this product in hopes of getting a new one. I am about to return the defective device. Once they receive and confirm the package I will get a refund and we can try again. broken impeller. This is the most important part and it seems awful that I can't get this product to work. Of all the products that stand out, this is the most effective I've found and it does what I like. But if the impeller is broken, then it is useless. I have contacted Amazon all three times and they provide excellent customer service. Very helpful and very quickly processed the return and shipped my new product. I check with the supplier who supplies these to Revain to ensure the quality of the items is checked and they told me they are looking for a new seller.
