Perfect For Rehab And Beyond

A year ago I had hip surgery and found it difficult to achieve a level of rehabilitation which allowed me to run and cut effectively. These bands allow me to strengthen hard to reach hip stabilizers faster than any exercise prior. In a month I’ve made more progress than in the previous six using traditional rehab exercises.
