I use this exclusively when servicing or rebuilding the fork, rear shock and seatpost seals.
I use this solely to service or rebuild the fork, rear shock and dropper post seals. A 1 ounce container is more than enough for at least a year of operation since you don't need that much lube to get the job done. It's a bit pricey though as you can get 3 ounces of PTFE grease from other brands for less than 1 ounce of this one, but for some parts I prefer to use 'official' materials.
