Don't retract properly.
Do not buy if you plan to hang plants for easy watering. The blocks don't retreat without going back up the ladder, and yet the cord is so weak that the retreating process is horrific.
- Pull the rope at the desired height perpendicular to the ground, if not locked, do not release immediately, then pull about 1-3cm at the lowest speed to lock.
