Fairly fast delivery, less than 3 days. Great fit, one is a bit big but easily manipulated to fit. I recommend ordering one size larger than stated. Note: There are slight differences in black/gold and white/black. It's in the photo but you won't notice it unless you order it. Support contact was answered very quickly. Seems nice and thick and a good product, only time will tell how it holds up, I do not recommend leaving your dog in it for long hours or for any length of time. By the way, the chain is very heavy. Basically a good product for the price which is a collar, harness and leash set. Some reviews say the gold is tarnished or discolored, but that's not the case. Both of my dogs have 17 inch necks and I chose the large one which is 19-22 inches slightly larger and one of them is good value for money as I said the slightly larger can be manipulated easily, to fit better.
