They look nice but don't match the usual Dalstongs quality.
I bought this for my girlfriend's birthday (she cooks seriously) and she always uses dull knives which is dangerous. I wasn't as happy with this set as I was with my regular Dalstrong knives. The grips aren't as comfortable and don't feel as insanely sharp. I own more than 10 Dalstrong knives and this is my first less than perfect review. The knife block is attractive and works well but in my opinion this set falls short of usual standards. Maybe one day I'll try to make them better.
