Product arrived as promised. Unfortunately I was sold a "used item" which was boxed and sold as new. This motor stalled and was clearly defective. Went to Granger (should have done this originally, but you can't fix the stupidity), bought the motor, installed it and we have a working fan cabinet again. I never will. Raven's mistake again.
