A few months ago I started to feel aches and pains on the outside of my left forearm near the elbow. and they were sturdy and well built so I checked if this company had something similar for arms or elbows and ended up trying this one. I've worn them four times so far. Each time, applying the padding area of this bandage directly to the affected area helped to greatly relieve the discomfort and made it easier to move the arm freely, lift heavy objects, etc. while wearing it. After removing the bandage there was some relief from the aches and pains which eventually returned. So it has brought temporary but very welcome relief, at least for today.
