When I first opened the box I couldn't believe how similar they were to the old C9 set. They look the same as in the picture. However, after connecting, the resemblance quickly disappeared. They're about twice as bright as the old version, and in daylight it's hard to tell if they're even on. There is a slight shimmer that is only noticeable up close. I love the idea of using less power and they certainly achieve it. I only wish they doubled the intake/output. I haven't seen better LEDs and really the only way to make them better is to be brighter. So until they show up, I'm happy with them. hp I recommend purchasing an additional kit for replacement bulbs. The glass lids are fragile and I haven't been able to find a replacement locally or online. The simplest answer is to buy an extra kit and use it for parts.
