Review on 45W LED Grow Light, UNIFUN New Light Plant Bulbs Plant Growing Bulb For Hydroponic Aquatic Indoor Plants by Desiree Orr

I bought two of these to try to grow some hydroponic lettuce and greens indoors over the winter. The are good, bright lights. The mounting hardware that it comes with, a wire that attaches on each side of the light and has a hook, didnt really work for my set up. I used some small eye hooks that i screwed into the cardboard backing and ran a pice of wire through them so i could more easily adjust the height above the plants. At first i had them way too low (at 12 inches) and they sunburnt several of the seedlings, but some established plants did very well. I moved it up to about 18 inches and am getting less sunburn. Have harvested enough leaves for a few salads in the last month. My setup has about 30 plants (lettuce, spinach, arugula) in a 2 foot by 4 foot area and two lights seem to be more than enough.
