Considering it’s all plastic construction this is a great piece to start. Using a rotary grater is good for so many things like vegetables and cheeses. Does it have its downfalls? Yes, it’s all plastic which is to be expected for the price. Would I purchase it again? Sure, but we’re looking into something a little sturdier.
