Review on ⌚ Exquisite Charles Hubert 3849 Mechanical Picture: A Captivating Timepiece Capturing Elegance by Brandon Wynen

This is my first pocket watch and I have to say I love it! First, this watch is beautifully made. It's a bit smaller and thicker than other pocket watches I've seen, but still pretty solid. The window/frame is very well made - the lid latch is well made and works exceptionally well. Since I'm not framing the photo right now, I removed the inner window (a simple twist and it pops out) to keep the empty frame from rattling. I definitely enjoy looking at the inner workings of a watch from both sides and the back. Being able to set up the clock and use it as a desk clock is nice, but personally I don't see the point. In my opinion, this is not necessary. Like all watches, the stand is well made and stable, and overall it feels very comfortable. Winding is easy, and the side button to open the case prevents accidental opening. After a week I found he was keeping a very good time. I wind it every day so I don't know how long the spring will keep the watch fully wound, I think I should find out. The chain that comes with the watch is well made and designed to attach to a belt loop. . Overall VERY good watch. I am extremely satisfied.
