Great for prioritizing and moving to-do items

I use this at work much like an air traffic controller uses a flight progress strip board to handle incoming and outgoing flights. I place little notes behind the transparent horizontal plastic sheets, putting the high priority items on top. When they are done, I throw them away and move the lower priority items up. It’s so satisfying to use this to execute my to-do list throughout the day. Whenever someone comes with a new request, I quickly write it down and place it on my progress board and move it accordingly until it gets done.

Pros

Configurable Cards: Each of the cards measure 11" X 2", you can cut them into 5 pieces or more, just choose the size you need and design your display.

Cons

The cards may be prone to smudging during use
